1. We regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
2. If you wish to return or exchange a faulty or incorrectly supplied item, you must notify us within 1 day of receiving your order and return the relevant products to one of our delivery staff in the same condition in which they were supplied.
3. When returning a faulty or incorrectly supplied order, all payments made by credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 days of submitting your request. Payments made via cash on delivery will be reimbursed as a digital credit to your Miraaya wallet, which can be used for future orders
4. You are required to take reasonable care of any products you intend to return and refrain from using them. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the items while in your possession.
