Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry them with a lint-free towel. Open the lens packaging carefully and place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Check the lens orientation – it should look like a bowl with upright edges. Hold your upper eyelid with one hand and pull down your lower eyelid with the other. Gently place the lens on your eye. Blink a few times to let it settle in place. Repeat for the other eye. To remove the lens, look up, gently pull down your lower eyelid, and pinch the lens out with your thumb and index finger. Always clean and store your lenses in fresh lens solution after each use. ✅ Wear time: up to 6 months (with proper care)
