Step 1. From the outer corner of your eye, draw a diagonal line outwards (use the natural curve of your lower lash line as a guide to pull upward for a lift effect).
Step 2. Using that same line as a guide, apply the eyeliner inward, toward your lash line.
Step 3. Using small strokes, fill in the rest of your lash line.
